Returns & Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Returns:
   • Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered.
   • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
   • Custom-made or altered garments, accessories, and sale items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Request Process:
   • Raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at support@chahatstudio.com with your order details and clear images of the product.
   • Our team will review the request and provide return approval if it meets our policy criteria.
   • Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days from the date of approval.
3. Exchange Policy:
   • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
   • If the requested size or design is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund as per our policy.
   • The older product should be shipped back to us at our store address available in the website footer.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:
   • Refunds will be processed only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items that cannot be replaced.
   • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Refund Process:
   • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
   • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.

• Accessories such as jewelry and dupattas
• Products purchased on sale or with discount coupons
• Items returned without prior approval

Shipping Costs for Returns

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error from our side (defective or incorrect product).
• In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
